Reporting to Head of Account Management
Our Account Managers are senior members of the Urban Spaces team and are integral to the success of the business. This is a territory based business development role which benefits from a flexible working location covering East territory. As the single point of contact for all Urban Spaces property owning customers you are expected to work remotely and as part of a team to deliver the best results for our customers. Our Account managers will be supported by the `Service Centre of Excellence` which handles all administration, buy side client contact and lead generation. This will enable you to provide the very highest standard of service to your clients.
Our Account Managers are responsible for:
-Field based business development conducting market appraisals, valuations and viewings
-Territory based customer account management; being the single point of contact for all property owners
-Guiding your support function team in customer services, admin and property management
-Developing customer referrals and relationships with existing Countrywide service functions e.g. mortgages and new homes
Key Skills / Qualifications / Behaviours required:
-Excellent skills in communication and relationship building
-Committed to delivering excellent client service
-Thrives in a fast paced target driven environment
-Charm, perseverance, enthusiasm and hunger to succeed
-Ability to deliver presentations and effective sales meetings
-Local knowledge and locally engaged
-Degree in behavioural sciences an advantage
-Ability to speak other languages also an advantage but not essential
