Client Engagement Office Coordinator

Are you an experience Sales Administrator looking to work in an internal facing role? Do you have exceptional customer engagement experience and are looking to develop your career with a prestigious organisation?

Capita provides support to our clients by providing an end to end project delivery service right through from project conception through to implementation and ongoing support. Our service is underpinned by a first-class team that works with our clients to develop proposals and quotations for IT solutions that deliver real business benefits.

We have an opportunity for a Client Engagement Office Coordinator to join us in our Southampton offices.

What you will do;

  • Manage the project request process end to end from receipt to completion;
  • Create and issue project quotations in line with client requests;
  • Obtain costs from third party suppliers as required during the quotation process;
  • Place purchase orders on third party suppliers when external project components are required;
  • Manage the project order book for specified projects;
  • Regularly contact customers by telephone to update them with progress;
  • Produce a range of internal and customer facing reports covering our activity;
  • Manage the financial forecast for projects;
  • Complete monthly billing for projects;
  • Provide local administration service for our project management toolset (project online);
  • Handle escalations and issues

What you will need

  • Proven experience in a Sales Administration/Engagement Office Coordinator type role;
  • Be an effective communicator, both written and oral;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Problem solving;
  • Computer literate with good skills in Microsoft Office and in particular Excel;
  • First class telephone manner;
  • Ability to maintain control of a wide range of tasks;
