 THE ROLE:

 Client Service Specialists

 Our Client service Specialists are the face of our business and are often the first point of contact for customers. This team is responsible for the delivery of world class client service and managing the full tenant and buyer customer journeys. You will need to be motivated, creative and able to build and maintain excellent client relationships. This role reports to the Centre of Excellence Manager and offers some fantastic opportunities for progression and development.

 Our Client service specialists are responsible for:
 -Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service at all times
 -Answering inbound calls and managing applicant relationships
 -Making outbound calls from customer leads
 -Booking field based appointments and management of territory diary for account managers
 -KPIs based on client satisfaction, deals and volume of appointments made
 -Support for account managers when required
 -Reports to Centre of Excellence Manager
