Head of Account Management
Our Account Managers are senior members of Urban Spaces team and are integral to the success of the business. This is a territory based business development role where you are able to work from home or from one of the groups 981 high street branches. You will be trusted to be the single point of contact for all Urban Spaces property owning customers and expected to work remotely and as a team to deliver results for our customers. You will be supported by our service centre of excellence that will handle administration, buy side client contact and lead generation to enable you to provide the very highest standard of service to customer choosing Urban Spaces.
As Head of Account Management you will not only have your own account management responsibilities, but also be responsible for the leadership and performance of a team of account managers making up a wider territory.
Our Head of Account Management are responsible for:
-Responsible for performance of a specified territory
-Lead a team of 2 - 4 Account Managers
-Carry out employee engagement activities and regular 121`s/performance reviews
-Conduct daily morning conference call to review performance
-Conduct monthly sales meetings
-Introduce new employees to the team
-Field based business development conducting market appraisals, valuations and viewings
-Territory based customer account management; being the single point of contact for all property owners
-Guide your support function team in customer services, admin and property management
-Responsible for developing customer referrals and relationships with existing Countrywide service functions e.g. mortgages and new homes
-Reports to Urban Spaces Director

-Degree in behavioural sciences an advantage
-Ability to speak other languages also an advantage but not essential
