Property Sales Consultant

We are a market leading estate agency who have won "Gold Award" for customer service. Due to unparalleled success, we are looking to expand our team of Property Sales Consultants in our Manchester office.
The Role - Working directly with UK based vendors, you will be qualifying inbound and outbound enquiries. You will be the forefront of Springbok Properties in growing the property portfolio. The consultative approach of your selling needs to be highly advanced, as you will be fact finding from each call to find the reasons for the house sale, the equity in the house and any further information. From these enquiries, you will be converting into appointments where you will work as a team and ensure that the appointment runs smoothly for the Regional Valuer by generating as much information as you can. This position will need to be managed by someone with excellent organisation and time management of property valuer’s diaries. You will also be managing non contacted leads, follow ups and managing unsuccessful appointments. The true sales aspect to the role comes in on the follow ups. You will be managing a portfolio of unsuccessful appointments. You will be expected to maintain a strong relationship with your vendors, overcome objections and close post appointment.
You will be working in a friendly environment, in a small team where you will have daily individual and team targets.
The Person – A background in property is not a prerequisite as full training is given and we are a people focused organisation. This role involves no cold calling as all enquiries are generated through marketing. A strong, confident communicator with the ability to think on their feet and take accountability for results is key. The successful candidate must be a strategic thinker and able to work under pressure, in a target driven environment. This role would be perfect for someone who comes from a consultative sales environment either in B2B or B2C sales, field sales or consultative front end sales. The skillset of the required individual needs to build rapport, this is not for someone who just dials and gets results from high dialling. This is for someone with great personality who gains trust from the vendorand just as importantly can ask for the business.

Our working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm plus every other Saturday 9:00am to 3:00pm with lots of incentives to leave generally around 11am on a Saturday
The Benefits – This is a genuine opportunity to earn what you are worth. Commissions are generous and uncapped. Remuneration consists of a basic salary (£16,000 to £18,000) plus commissions, with a realistic OTE in excess of £35,000per annum. Our top consultants earn significantly more than this and some are on £2,000 per month on top of their basic wage.
We want our staff to be able to grow and develop their property portfolio. We have staff as young as 22 become first time buyers and get on the property ladder.
