An exciting opportunity became available at our Greene&co. We are currently recruiting an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our busy office in Maida Vale.

Lettings Negotiator (Reporting to Lettings Manager)
A typical day will include; a team meeting, daily call out, viewing properties, negotiating offers and liaising with Landlords and Tenants to deliver the highest levels of customer service, hit targets, and earn well.
Our Lettings Negotiators are responsible for:
-Understanding the needs of potential Tenants and Landlords, building great rapport with
clients and being driven to exceed targets
-Understanding the company`s business priorities and using the daily structure to ensure you
are focused on key activities
-Monitor own performance against targets and take action to improve volume/conversions
-Undertake applicant management daily and prepare thoroughly for viewings
-Working with the rest of the business to achieve best results across Greene and Co branches
