This leading property lettings and management company in North London is looking for a maintenance Coordinator to join the team.
This is a great opportunity to bring your experience and knowledge to this busy role where your daily tasks will include but not be limited to:-
- Organising reactive and planned maintenance jobs.
- Ensure necessary resources are arranged to ensure timely completion.
- Track jobs that include numerous elements.
- Ordering materials for the engineers.
- Completing necessary procedures on the management system.
- Communicating to the business for all anticipated completion times and sending over completion notes and pictures.
This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and excellent administration skills.
Previous experience would be an advantage but training will be provided.
