Greene and co are looking to appoint a Renewals Administrator to help running their existing Renewals operation in Pimlico.
In this role you will be involved in:
Liaising with both the landlords and tenants as the tenancies near their end
Assisting with negotiating the terms of the Renewal
Maximising the rental yield for the properties
Ensuring that the details of the tenancies are accurately confirmed prior to passing this information onto the Legal Administrators
Working in a fast paced environment
Previous experience in administration or customer service
Very good organisational skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Sales driven and ability to work in a targeted environment
Self motivation with a `can do` attitude.
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
Ability to work on your own as well in a team.
Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach.
