Your main role will be to coordinate the exchange and completion of a number of properties within the required timeframe so you will need to be highly organised and work well under pressure. You will be responsible for liaising with buyers, vendors, solicitors and mortgage brokers so strong customer service skills and excellent communication skills both verbal and written are essential.
The successful candidate should also have excellent negotiating skills and able to build strong relationship with clients. Experience in the Property industry is a must preferably in a Sales or sales progression role. Strong administration skills are also required for this interesting and varied role.
