Experienced Property Sales Negotiator
We are a market leading estate agency who have won "Gold Award" for customer service. Due to unparalleled success, we are looking to expand our team of Property Sales Negotiators in our Manchester office.
The Role –
You will join our friendly team of 3 who are a mix of trainee and Senior and an Assistant Sales Manager. We have a dedicated team of staff, who deal with the sales chasing and progression, so you can focus on sales and updating your vendors. We want our staff to have a work life balance.
As a Property Sales Negotiator, your commission is uncapped, our top Negotiators earn around £1500 per month in commission on top of their £18k salary. The reason the earning potential is high is because you will be selling approximately 16 properties per month across the UK from London to Glasgow and will never have to do any site visits. You will be matching properties to investors, first time buyers, buyers looking for projects, and buyers looking to move up the ladder. We also support our staff with their own property portfolio.
We give our staff the opportunity to secure good investment properties. With our onsite Investment Manager, who seeks out the best properties where you can sell to make money, or keep to move in or rent out.
The Person – This role involves no cold calling as all enquiries are generated through marketing. A strong, confident communicator with the ability to think on their feet and take accountability for results is key. The successful candidate must be a strategic thinker and able to work under pressure, in a target driven environment. This role is perfect for a current Negotiator who is looking to have an improved work/life balance and not attend site visits. This is purely office and phone based.

Our working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm plus every other Saturday 9:00am to 3:00pm (although we have weekly incentives to have a shorter day on the Saturday)
The Benefits – This is a genuine opportunity to earn what you are worth. Commissions are generous and uncapped. Remuneration consists of a basic salary (£18,000) plus commissions, with a realistic OTE in excess of £30,000 to £40,000 per annum. Our top consultants earn significantly more than this. We are strong believers in promoting within and opportunities to progress to team leader and managerial positions for top performers are highly achievable. . Outstanding performance is recognised and rewarded in various forms throughout the year, such as bonuses and social events. We have onsite parking for our staff, with an onsite gym, canteen and a subsidised Costa Coffee.
