Location: Leatherhead, KT21

Salary: OTE: £50 – £80k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

A Land Consultant is sought for this highly successful award-winning Estate and Lettings Agency in the Leatherhead area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Land Development Consultant to join a highly regarded Estate Agency Group to help expand the current Land team based in the Leatherhead area. The main responsibilities will be; identifying residential developments opportunities, follow up in house leads, building a strong network of developers and clients,

The ideal candidate will preferably have some experience in the Land sector or have a strong Estate Agency background that is looking to start their career in the Land sector. You will need to be self-motivated, have exceptional negotiation skills, as well as superb interpersonal and communication skills plus the ability to forge superb lasting business relationships.

The skills required for this Land Consultant role will include:

• Previous experience land development
• Experience in residential sales
• Excellent customer service
• Strong organisational skills
• Knowledge of the sales process
• Ability to build strong business relationships
• Confident in liaising with other sectors
• Full UK Driving license
